
Warranty
In addition to the normal right of complaint, you can purchase a comprehensive 3-year warranty for products advertised with the warranty service. The warranty period is calculated from the date of payment as the start date.
The warranty is valid from the invoice date. If during the warranty period the product is found to be defective in material or workmanship, we will either:
free delivery of a spare part
free repair or
free exchange (if the model you purchased is no longer in stock, we will instead offer an exchange with a subsequent model).
The warranty does not cover anything beyond the conditions mentioned here. We do not provide compensation for any damages or consequential damages.

The warranty covers all internal parts of the appliance, but not the external structure. Parts that are located outside the structure are not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not cover included accessories, unless they are used inside the appliance itself. Closing mechanisms are not covered by the warranty. Product defects that have arisen as a result of the product not being handled correctly, the product being used in a manner that is contrary to the instructions for use, attempts to repair the product yourself or other external influences are also not covered by the warranty.
Before we can determine whether a defect is covered by the warranty, we ask that you contact us and then send the item in for repair. You will pay the shipping costs yourself when you send the item in, and you are responsible for any damage during shipping. ImporterX pays for the return shipping or transport with a transport agency.
NB
This warranty clause does not in any way imply that the normal right of purchase is no longer valid. Your statutory rights as a buyer are still fully applicable. If a fault is discovered, you can always contact us, regardless of whether the warranty has expired.
