ImportørenX AS makes delivery better

• There are no shipping costs. It's completely free!

• Your order will be delivered by Posten, Postnord or Bring. It depends on what is in the package. We know who can deliver in the best way.

• However, if your order weighs over 40 kg or is particularly large, it will be delivered by a specialist with the equipment for this. (Shenker).

• They can deliver the goods to the street, so make sure you have a friend or two available to help you.

• Rushing often leads to disappointment, which is why we do not offer express deliveries.

• Unfortunately, pickup, specific delivery dates, or deliveries to mailboxes are also not possible.

• We only deliver to Norway when you order through importorex.no

“WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?”

Paid orders received on business days before 1:00 PM will be shipped the same day.

The countdown to delivery starts as soon as payment is completed and received.

If the delivery day ends on a holiday or weekend, the delivery day will be postponed to the next working day.

BUT...

Sometimes things happen that we can't predict or control. If your order is delayed, we'd like you to contact us. We can file a complaint, investigate, and ask "why?".
